Concordia Lutheran College is a co-educational school for Kindergarten to Grade 12, set across three campuses in Toowoomba, Queensland. We talked to Bianca Coleborn, Director of Marketing and Enrollments, about Concordia’s goal to boost enrollments and streamline internal processes.

The challenge

When Bianca began her role in 2017, the school’s enrollment process was almost entirely manual and paper-based. The team were reliant on spreadsheets, notebooks, and legacy staff who didn’t have any written processes or strategies in place. With a goal to boost enrollments and streamline internal processes, Concordia implemented Digistorm Funnel to take its admissions process online and better nurture prospective families from enquiry to enrollment.
